Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at Longueuil Kia. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vehicle Sales: Meet and exceed sales targets by delivering and explaining vehicles to customers, handling customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to provide informed sales advice and recommendations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, management, and other departments to achieve sales goals and improve overall business performance.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1 year of experience as a Sales Consultant or in a related sales role.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
