Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Account Executive to join our team in Montreal. The ideal candidate will have a solid sales background in a 3PL environment, with a proven track record of success in generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with carriers and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow our national account portfolio
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, ensuring a deep understanding of their preferred lanes and operational requirements
  • Work closely with our operations team to match carrier capacity with freight opportunities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through our existing book of business and prospect accounts
  • Generate and follow up on sales leads in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in 3PL sales, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong understanding of the freight transportation industry and its key players
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with carriers, clients, and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
