About the Role

Fuze Logistics Services Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Account Development Manager to join our team in Montreal.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales, with a proven track record in developing new business opportunities and generating sales leads in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Act as an intermediary between customers and our customer service team to ensure accurate and profitable pricing.
  • Assist with carrier portfolio development, including building strong relationships and operational understandings with carriers.
  • Work with carriers to match preferred lanes with freight and ensure seamless logistics operations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in 3PL sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
