About the Role

Fleetex Transport Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Marketing and Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies and information programs to promote our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and evaluate the activities of our marketing and sales teams to ensure they are aligned with our business objectives.
  • Develop and implement advertising campaigns to promote our products and services, and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Manage our media relations, ensuring that our message is conveyed effectively to our target audience.
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their performance targets.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
