At Sonova, we're seeking a skilled Ecommerce Portfolio Manager to lead our global ecommerce efforts. As a key member of our Commercial Excellence framework, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive ecommerce growth and align our ecommerce channel with our overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute commercial marketing campaigns across all eStores globally, ensuring seamless launch and pre-order activities.
  • Train local teams on ecommerce best practices, pilot new tools, and foster a strong ecommerce community within our Hearing Instruments Business.
  • Ensure HI product listings and content on eStores globally align with global and local business processes.
  • Collect and manage customer feedback to inform ecommerce user experience improvements.
  • Coordinate, triage, and prioritize business requests with global, local, and IT teams to meet timelines.
  • Liaise with Corporate or local IT to identify and resolve technical issues impacting sales growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business or technology or equivalent work experience.
  • Professional development in B2B ecommerce, digital marketing, or digital solutions a strong plus.
  • 5+ years' experience in B2B ecommerce, digital marketing, or B2B2C web and portal development.
  • Software, web, and mobile software development a strong plus (HTML, CSS, JS) highly preferred.
  • Experience as a collaborator who can work across operating styles and bring together multiple perspectives.
  • Experience in modern methodologies around innovation and digital (lean, agile).
