The Role

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Portfolio Manager to join our team in the Americas region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement real estate strategies that support long-term business objectives.
  • Manage the real estate portfolio, ensuring efficient and productive real estate solutions.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to define portfolio requirements and develop business cases.
  • Provide strategic recommendations and implement real estate plans.
  • Manage relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain real estate best practices and benchmarks.
  • Ensure effective communication and integration across all real estate functions.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of real estate leasing practices.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to develop good working relationships with a wide range of people.
  • Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Excellent customer and client management skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant accounting standards relating to corporate real estate.
