Key Responsibilities:
- Execute month-end processes including invoicing, client payments, and refunds
- Contribute actively to the collections process
- Prepare financial reports, perform analyses, and clarify variances in accounts receivable metrics
- Review billings generated by various departments
- Report key performance indicators with insightful analysis
- Take proactive steps to support collection efforts independently
Qualifications:
- College diploma or university degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly with advanced Excel skills
- Experience with accounts receivable and payable systems; familiarity with Yardi is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
