About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives and drive top-of-funnel lead generation and brand awareness. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in digital marketing campaign management and social channel management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of cohesive digital marketing initiatives to drive top-of-funnel lead generation and brand awareness
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop omni-channel marketing strategies to support cross-functional business goals, objectives, and priorities
  • Manage the relationship with our digital marketing agency
  • Oversee the digital creative process, ensuring assets are delivered on time, including stakeholder review, asset approvals, and initiative launches on schedule
  • Lead digital marketing planning and calendar management for both paid and owned channels
  • Own social channel strategy, management, and execution internally
  • Lead website UX, content, analytics, and facilitate post-campaign analysis, insights, and learnings in collaboration with the digital agency and internal business insights team
  • Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to measure efficiency and effectiveness of digital marketing, derive actionable insights that inform marketing strategies, and drive business decisions
  • Partner with internal colleagues and external vendors to optimize digital assets for the organization
  • Closely monitor digital marketing trends and strategies and the competitive landscape
  • Work closely with other teams, including sales, IT, and operations, to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals and ensure seamless execution
  • Manage a team of two direct reports
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the cross-functional team and business requirements

Requirements

  • University degree or college diploma
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in digital marketing campaign management and social channel management
  • Exceptional project management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, independent self-starter, and resourceful
  • Strong ability to prioritize multiple projects, set and manage priorities to meet deadlines within a multi-tasking environment with changing priorities
  • Business acumen skills – budget management, strategic tradeoffs, excellent analytical and influencing skills
  • Strong written and presentation abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build partnerships to effectively source information, obtain approvals, and build relationships
  • Hands-on experience in Google Analytics and other related tools
