About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive growth marketing strategy that drives engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a growth marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives
  • Manage and optimize our marketing automation platform to improve lead generation and conversion
  • Design and implement targeted nurture campaigns to educate and engage prospects
  • Monitor and analyze email performance data to optimize campaigns and improve ROI
  • Collaborate with our sales team to develop and execute sales enablement strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies to ensure our marketing efforts are innovative and effective

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and A/B testing
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics and other KPI analysis/tracking tools
  • Experience with database management, cleanup, and list segmentation
  • Good understanding of acquisition, engagement, and retention campaigns
  • Experience with marketing automation tools like Hubspot, Yardi, etc.
  • Excellent written and analytic skills, with a demonstrated track record of developing creative solutions
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of consumer behavior and segmentation strategies
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
