As a Front Line Supervisor with CB Canada, you will be responsible for supporting daily operations, achieving objectives, and providing an excellent guest experience.

  • Implement decisions on every shift to achieve established objectives.
  • Exceed guest expectations with sincerity, friendliness, and a willingness to please.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menu items, including allergy restrictions, and ensure staff follow allergy protocol.
  • Address guest complaints and concerns promptly and respectfully.
  • Assist in training all Front of House staff.
  • Oversee cleaning checklists to ensure a welcoming, safe, and sanitized facility.
  • Provide feedback to the General Manager and Front of House Manager on employee performance and equipment.
  • Communicate issues outside of their scope to the General Manager.
  • Ensure a safe and harassment-free work environment.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Maintain SmartChoices certification.
  • Excellent coaching and team-building skills.
  • Experience in the Front of House of a fast-paced restaurant.
  • Excellent communication skills - listening, verbal & written.
  • Outstanding organization and coordination skills.
  • Ability to be proactive in challenging situations.
About the Role

This is a permanent role with a competitive hourly rate, including 4% vacation pay. You will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
