Are you a results-driven professional looking to take on a new challenge in the food service industry? We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Subway Restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement effective operational systems to ensure seamless day-to-day restaurant operations, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and quality control standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, providing guidance and training to ensure they meet their duties, sanitation, and safety procedures effectively.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, wastage, and other essential metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork, open communication, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve processes, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Restaurant Operations Manager or similar role in the food service industry is essential.
  • Proven track record of achieving operational excellence, driving efficiency, and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
