Food Service Operations Manager

The role of the Restaurant Manager at Juice Truck Enterprises Ltd involves overseeing the daily operations of our dining establishment, ensuring a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.

- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate terms with suppliers for food and other necessary supplies.
- Client Relations: Engage with clients for catering services or facility usage.
- Marketing Participation: Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns effectively.
- Event Management: Oversee and manage events hosted at the facility.
- Operational Leadership: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
- Fast-paced atmosphere requiring quick decision-making.
- Repetitive tasks may be involved.
- Physically demanding role with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Attention to detail is crucial.
- Overtime may be required based on operational needs.
- Dependable and reliable in all aspects of work.

- Minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
