About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at REXDALE FINANCIAL SERVICES COR. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our business operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration: Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, and perform data entry tasks as required.
  • Bookkeeping: Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with coordinating projects, including setting up meetings, preparing materials, and tracking progress.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced office environment.
