About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager - Business Operations to join our team at Toss Thai. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and minimize costs.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Operational Planning: Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Marketing and Events: Participate in marketing plans and implement operational procedures to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
Requirements
  • Education: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
