Position Overview:
As a key member of the Commonwealth Partners Mission Integration Office, the Action Officer will play a vital role in supporting the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security (OUSD(I&S)). This position focuses on enhancing collaboration with four primary Commonwealth partner nations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with highly skilled colleagues and provide support to Senior Executives and Flag Officers from partner nations.
2. Contribute to the development of Department of Defense (DoD) policies and programs that align with defense intelligence strategic priorities and emerging foreign intelligence needs.
3. Initiate and manage relationship-building initiatives with Commonwealth partners.
4. Facilitate meetings such as the Defense Intelligence Seniors Conference, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
5. Develop actionable recommendations and strategies to empower Foreign Liaison Officers (FLOs) while ensuring compliance with DoD policies.
6. Engage regularly with stakeholders across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE), DoD, Intelligence Community (IC), and USD(I&S) Country Teams to address Partner Engagement needs and priorities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Political Science, International Affairs, Languages, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of five years of experience within the Intelligence Community, focusing on national-level DoD analytic and policy issues.
- Demonstrated expertise in foreign affairs and foreign intelligence relationships.
- Strong understanding of Commonwealth-related defense intelligence policy priorities and capabilities.
- Proven ability to coordinate effectively across diverse stakeholder communities, particularly within the DoD, IC, and Allied Defense organizations.
- Proficiency in designing action-oriented agendas for Senior-level meetings, ensuring timely provision of read-ahead materials.
- High competence in delivering briefings to both Senior Executives and peers.
