In this pivotal position, you will report directly to the COO and collaborate closely with Sales, Support, and Engineering teams. Your primary focus will be to enhance our integration capabilities, ensuring that we maintain our status as a leader in our industry. You will engage with partners to identify their integration requirements, validate your concepts, and drive continuous improvement. Your efforts will be instrumental in delivering outstanding customer experiences and fostering our growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary contact for recommending, validating, testing, and enhancing Gradient's integration library utilizing PowerShell.
  • Engage with both new and existing partners to comprehend their workflows and optimize our integration solutions.
  • Explore new opportunities for developing integrations with vendors and conduct testing with our partners.
  • Collaborate weekly with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to prioritize integration initiatives.
  • Design PowerShell scripts from templates to validate use cases and propose new supported integrations.
  • Support the sales and onboarding teams with complex integration requirements.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with vendors to manage testing accounts and support channels for our integration library.

What You Bring
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, development, implementation, or a related field.
  • A solid understanding of SaaS products and cloud technologies.
  • Experience in software development and scripting, particularly with PowerShell.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and effective troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • A customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) or within the IT Channel.
  • Prior experience in a software start-up environment.
  • Familiarity with working with or for vendors in the IT Channel.
  • Experience with APIs and related tools and technologies.
