About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our Partner Integration Team at WarnerMedia. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for working with our partners to integrate their systems with our platform, ensuring seamless and efficient delivery of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with partners to understand their technical requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, product, and operations, to ensure successful integration and launch of partner systems.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Identify and resolve technical issues that may arise during the integration process.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the integration process.
- Provide technical guidance and support to partners, ensuring they have the necessary resources and expertise to successfully integrate with our platform.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including integration guides and technical notes.
- Participate in regular meetings with partners and internal teams to discuss integration progress and address any concerns or issues.
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of experience in technical account management, product management, engineering, or solutions architecture.
- Proven track record of successfully integrating partner systems with a large-scale platform.
- Excellent technical skills, with a strong understanding of back-office systems, authentication, authorization, identity management, billing, and entitlements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Experience working with affiliate equipment, including set-top boxes, and understanding of how to integrate our app onto that equipment.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.
