Your Role

As a Senior Partner Engagement Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our international partner network, with a particular emphasis on our North American partners. Collaborating closely with Account Managers and Customer Operations, you will prioritize partner satisfaction and drive operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance partner experiences by cultivating strong relationships with stakeholders within your portfolio.
  • Collaborate across departments, including Partnerships, Solution Engineering, Product, and Marketing, to address business challenges and support revenue growth.
  • Ensure seamless integration of our AI solutions with partner operations while maintaining product expertise.
  • Provide training and certification for partners, fostering their expertise in our platform and industry.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, identifying partner-specific goals and offering tailored recommendations for product utilization.
  • Deliver insights on ROI, driving product adoption and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor partner performance metrics, guiding them towards achieving their objectives and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Support business reviews with key decision-makers, ensuring alignment and addressing any concerns.
  • Maintain close communication with partners, assisting them through various levels of escalation to resolve issues effectively.
  • Facilitate a smooth operational experience for partners, allowing them to focus on customer retention and growth.

Your Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in Partner Success, Customer Success, or related fields within a SaaS environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with Enterprise and channel partnerships.
  • Adept at navigating organizational structures and building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Skilled in leading executive meetings and workshops.
  • Strong consulting abilities and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Self-driven with a focus on delivering value to partners.
  • Curious and capable of identifying growth opportunities.
  • Understanding of partner ecosystems and strategic service delivery.
  • Quick learner with the ability to grasp complex technological concepts.
  • Proficient in articulating technical concepts and value propositions.
  • Highly organized, able to prioritize effectively while remaining adaptable.
  • Team-oriented, fostering collaboration across departments.
  • Analytical and tech-savvy, with strong Excel skills and knowledge of SEO.
  • Relevant academic qualifications or vocational training.
