Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Integration Specialist to play a crucial role in our dynamic start-up environment. As a key point of contact, you will work closely with our Sales, Support, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless integration with our partners. Your expertise in PowerShell and cloud-based technologies will be instrumental in driving our growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Integration Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement integration strategies to enhance our library of integrations using PowerShell.
  • Partner Collaboration: Work directly with new and existing partners to understand their processes and optimize our integrations.
  • Integration Development: Investigate new opportunities to develop integrations with vendors and test with our partners.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with our Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to align integration priorities and ensure seamless execution.
  • Scripting and Design: Design PowerShell scripts from template to validate use cases and recommend new supported integrations.
  • Onboarding and Support: Assist our sales and onboarding teams with complex onboardings and integration needs.
  • Vendor Management: Manage ongoing relationships with new and existing vendors to curate testing accounts and support channels for ongoing maintenance of our integration library.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a project management, development, implementation, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products and cloud-based technologies.
  • Experience working with software development and scripting, particularly with PowerShell.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) or within the IT Channel.
  • Previous experience in a software startup environment.
  • Experience working with or for vendors in the IT Channel.
  • Experience working with APIs and associated tools and technologies.
