We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at 926790 Alberta Ltd. as a key member of our culinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Team Leadership: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Supply Chain Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain a well-stocked kitchen.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by ensuring that all dishes are prepared to order and presented in a timely and professional manner.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent cooking skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong communication skills.
