We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Merchant Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes to order, using a variety of cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that our kitchen is well-stocked and organized.
- Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and high-quality food.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
- Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding role requiring standing for extended periods.
