Responsibilities
- Successfully meet and exceed regional sales objectives.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the specific market needs within your region.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with your team, providing constructive feedback and guidance to enhance their skills and drive individual growth.
- Collaborate closely with national teams, contributing to strategic initiatives and supporting special projects as needed.
- Oversee inventory management, team training programs, and cultivate strong relationships with key customers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential challenges within your region.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, while an MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in senior sales management roles.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate your team.
- A demonstrated track record of success in building high-performing sales teams and achieving ambitious sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software applications.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities, enabling you to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time within your assigned region.
- Ability to lift and carry demonstration equipment as required.
Working Conditions
- Flexible work schedule, including occasional weekends and evenings, to accommodate client meetings and business needs.
Physical Demands
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Good hand-eye coordination and clear communication skills are essential for effective product demonstrations and client interactions.
