Regional Sales Director, Canada

BlueVoyant is seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Canada. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand customer base in Canada.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key partners and clients in the region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform sales strategies and optimize results.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong understanding of the Canadian market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction.
