About the Role

EcoVadis is seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Development Associate to join our team. As a Sales Development Associate, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and fueling revenue growth for EcoVadis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Conduct high-level discovery and educational conversations with senior executives in target accounts
  • Schedule qualified meetings for account executives
  • Educate senior executives on the importance of sustainability and corporate social responsibility for global supply chains
  • Collaborate with marketing and account executives to develop target lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities in regional areas
  • Maintain a high level of activity volume with the intent to qualify leads and create pipeline growth
  • Meet or exceed sales quota
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition
  • Report results on a weekly basis, both qualitative and quantitative
  • Develop and maintain a quarterly business plan, reporting, and presentation to key stakeholders
Requirements
  • 4-year university degree
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales development, lead generation, sales, and/or marketing
  • Experience working in sustainability, CSR, or B2B procurement is a plus
  • Cold-calling experience
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn, or other sales tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting
  • Good time management with strong organizational skills
  • Superior communication skills and the ability to build rapport
