Job Title: Sales Development Associate

EcoVadis is seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Development Associate to join our sales team. As a Sales Development Associate, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, conducting high-level discovery and educational conversations with senior executives, and scheduling qualified meetings for account executives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
Requirements:
  • 4-year university degree
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales development, lead generation, sales, and/or marketing
  • Experience working in sustainability, CSR, or B2B procurement is a plus
  • Cold-calling experience
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn, or other sales tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting
  • Good time management with strong organizational skills
  • Superior communication skills and the ability to build rapport
