About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Rangeela Modern Indian Kitchen & Bar. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for planning and organizing daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Planning: Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Service Delivery: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to meet customer needs.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting expectations.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Marketing and Customer Service: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Support for Persons with Disabilities: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities.
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees.
  • Support for Youths: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
  • Support for Veterans: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for Veterans.
  • Support for Indigenous People: Provide cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
  • Support for Mature Workers: Provide staff with awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for mature workers.
  • Support for Visible Minorities: Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant.
  • Duration of Employment: Permanent.
  • Language of Work: English.
  • Hours of Work: 30 to 40 hours per week.
