Restaurant Operations Manager

Oscar's Family Restaurant and Pizzeria is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Budget Management: Analyze and optimize our restaurant's budget to maximize profits, including cost control and financial planning.
- Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement menu changes that drive sales and profitability.
- Staff Management: Lead and motivate our team to deliver exceptional customer service, including training, performance evaluations, and staff scheduling.
- Operational Efficiency: Identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to increase productivity and reduce waste.
- Customer Service: Ensure that every customer has an exceptional dining experience, addressing any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Event Management: Plan and execute successful events, including weddings, corporate functions, and other special occasions.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices for food, ingredients, and other essential items.
- Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff. Proficient in budgeting and financial planning, with a focus on cost control and revenue growth.
- Personal Qualities: Accurate, client-focused, efficient, flexible, organized, reliable, and a team player.
