Restaurant Operations Manager

Oscar's Family Restaurant and Pizzeria is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Budget Management: Analyze and develop budgets to optimize restaurant profits, including cost of food, ingredients, and supplies.
- Operational Efficiency: Evaluate and improve daily operations, including food preparation methods, menu pricing, and labor costs.
- Staff Management: Train, motivate, and manage staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Event Management: Plan and execute events, including weddings, parties, and corporate functions.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting expectations and provide feedback for improvement.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other essential supplies.
- Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
- Accuracy: Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Client Focus: Strong customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
