Winter Sports School Sales and Instruction Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Instruction Representative to join our team at Resorts of the Canadian Rockies. As a key member of our Winter Sports School, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional sales and instruction services to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Provide superior guest service and mountain safety to all visitors and staff.
- Deliver excellent ski and/or snowboard instruction, in accordance with standards established by the Ski and Snowboard School.
- Assist guests with resort-related inquiries and book lessons efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure all communication with guests and staff is professional, timely, and supports the best interests of Resorts of the Canadian Rockies.
- Assist other mountain departments/management with operational or services tasks assigned by your Supervisor/Manager.
- Minimum Level 1 internationally recognized qualification(s) in ski and/or snowboard instruction.
- Strong work ethic with individual and team-oriented work.
- Active listening and effective communication skills.
- Positive attitude, punctuality, reliability, and responsibility.
- Computer literacy, including office, in-house booking systems, and multiple POS systems.
- Ability to work without supervision in a methodical and responsible manner.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Previous experience in sales, instruction, or guest service-related roles.
- Knowledge of skiing and/or snowboarding, and ability to assess lesson levels to ensure accuracy of lesson bookings.
- Ability to interpret and apply ski and/or snowboard instructing concepts and terminology into simple guest-friendly terms.
