Job Summary:

Nakiska Winter Sports School is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ski Instructor to join our team as a Full Time Instructor for the Winter season. As a Ski Instructor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality ski instruction to guests of all ages and ability levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional ski instruction to guests, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.
  • Assist guests with resort-related inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain and improve instructional skills.
  • Collaborate with other instructors and resort staff to ensure seamless delivery of ski programs.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of ski programs and services.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Level 1 internationally recognized qualification in ski instruction.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Physical stamina to work in a mountain environment.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
