Position Overview

Trinity Janitorial Services Inc. is seeking a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to oversee our cleaning operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing cleaning staff and ensuring high standards of cleanliness across various facilities.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry
Work Environment
  • Office buildings
  • Cleaning service operations
Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and develop cleaning personnel
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff
  • Conduct inspections of facilities to uphold safety and cleanliness standards
  • Prepare financial budgets and cost projections
  • Recommend additional services such as painting, repairs, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment
  • Assist cleaning staff in their duties as needed
  • Coordinate cleaning activities with other departments
  • Establish and manage work schedules
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Oversee a team of 5-10 individuals including janitors, caretakers, and light-duty cleaners
Security and Safety Requirements
  • Basic security clearance is required
