Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 to 3 years in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry
- Exposure to various odours
- Work in dusty conditions
- Recruit and train cleaning personnel
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff
- Conduct inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
- Prepare financial budgets and cost assessments
- Recommend additional services such as painting, repairs, or renovations as needed
- Manage payment processes for specialized cleaning tasks
- Assist cleaning staff in their duties as required
- Coordinate cleaning activities with other departments
Responsible for overseeing a team of **3-4 cleaning staff**.
