Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Good Hands Cleaning Services. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our facilities, ensuring that all areas are clean and safe for our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services required such as painting, repair work, renovations or replacement of furnishings and equipment
  • Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties
  • Establish work schedules
Requirements:
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
