Cleaning Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Operations Supervisor to oversee our cleaning staff and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety within our facilities.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 to 3 years in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry
- Exposure to odours
- Dusty and dirty conditions

Key Responsibilities- Recruit, train, and develop cleaning personnel
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff
- Conduct inspections of sites to uphold safety and cleanliness standards
- Assist cleaning staff in their duties as needed
- Manage a team of 1 to 2 cleaning staff
- Oversee specialized cleaning personnel
- Experience with ventilation systems and ducts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Manual dexterity and physical stamina
- Capability to bend, crouch, and kneel as required
- Strong client focus and dependability
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Sound judgment and reliability

- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
