About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Good Hands Cleaning Services. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning teams and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our cleaning teams to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Inspect sites or facilities to ensure that safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Recommend or arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Receive Payment: Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs.
  • Assist Cleaners: Assist cleaners in performing their duties.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Establish work schedules for our cleaning teams.
Work Environment

As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. You will be required to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, crouching, and kneeling.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Personal Suitability: Dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, judgement, and reliability.
