About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Good Hands Cleaning Services. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning teams and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Cleaning Teams
    • Lead and motivate a team of cleaning professionals to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Coordinate the scheduling of cleaning teams to ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities
    • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that cleaning standards are met and that all facilities are clean and safe.
  • Recommend Additional Services
    • Identify opportunities to provide additional services to our clients, such as specialized cleaning or maintenance tasks.
    • Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed.
  • Assist Cleaners in Performing Duties
    • Provide guidance and support to cleaning staff as needed.
  • Establish Work Schedules
    • Develop and implement work schedules to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
