Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Experience team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our merchants, resolving technical issues, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide contact centre support to merchant clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Promote our products and services to merchants, identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities and sending leads through appropriate channels.
  • Collect and document information from merchants, using problem-solving techniques to provide consistent first response to inbound telephone service requests and technical inquiries.
  • Achieve individual targets that contribute to company goals, including productivity, quality assurance, compliance, absenteeism, and sign-on targets.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact centre environment.
  • Experience with computer functionality, software, and hardware.
  • Fluent in English and French (reading, writing, and verbal).
  • Ability to work on different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience with retail or restaurant systems is an asset.
