Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Moxy Halifax Nova Scotia. As a key member of our hospitality management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, room service, and other food and beverage outlets.
Key Responsibilities- Restaurant Operations: Plan and manage the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable dining experience.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of hospitality professionals to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service.
- Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of our restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
- Quality Control: Ensure that our restaurant meets the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of hospitality industry standards.
