Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Lealin Ltd - McDonalds Restaurant. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Quality Control: Establish methods to meet work schedules, requisition food and kitchen supplies, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that they are meeting performance expectations.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and ensure that our customers receive exceptional service.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and establish work schedules to ensure that our team is working efficiently and effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service and quality food products.
- Work Setting: Fast food outlet or concession.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
