Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team in Mississauga, ON. As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring compliance with all requirements, and developing strong relationships with functional managers to understand their recruitment needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, recruitment, and selection
  • Develop strong relationships with functional managers to understand their recruitment needs

Requirements

  • University degree in Human Resources or related area of study
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a full-cycle recruiter, ideally from an organization in the engineering and construction industry
  • Experience working in a project-oriented Engineering & Construction environment is desirable
  • Previous experience working within fast-paced, dynamic, direct recruit methods and complex hiring processes
  • Excellent relationship management and influencing skills
  • Proven ability in attracting new talent and managing candidate pipelines
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and deal with competing priorities
  • Excellent computer and systems skills, with a strong knowledge of MS Office Software
