Role Overview:
Victaulic is on the lookout for a proficient Sales Account Executive to join our Canadian Oil and Gas division, concentrating on the Energy sector—specifically Upstream and Midstream operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
    Oversee the complete sales cycle from initial business development through to order fulfillment and field implementation.
  • Client Engagement:
    Collaborate closely with Frac water transfer firms, fabricators, exploration and production (E&P) entities, and project engineers.
  • Distribution Oversight:
    Manage the supply chain through established distribution networks and work in conjunction with Victaulic branch personnel. Implement effective forecasting and distribution strategies to ensure seamless operations within the business unit.

Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of experience, ideally within the Oil & Gas industry.

Core Competencies:
Proven experience in territory sales and business development, with a focus on Upstream and Midstream sectors.

Essential Skills:
A solid foundation in distribution management and forecasting. Experience with Frac companies, drilling technologies, exploration, and production is advantageous.

Compensation:
Competitive salary range of $75 – 95k (commensurate with experience) plus benefits including vehicle allowance, uncapped commission, and bonuses.
