Energy Client Success Specialist

Rystad Energy is seeking a skilled professional to join our Calgary-based Sales & Marketing team as a Client Success Manager. This role is part of an account team responsible for growing client relationships in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop strong customer advocates and become a trusted advisor to our clients.
- Jointly define success criteria with clients to best manage product adoption.
- Create and execute Engagement Plans to align with business needs and goals.
- Monitor client health, adoption metrics, and renewal metrics.
- Proactively increase clients' adoption and expansion of Rystad Energy products and services.
- Provide new client onboarding, including delivering engaging product demos.
- Discover opportunities for additional products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical/analytical needs.
- Partner with Account Managers to provide insights on client health.
- Provide client feedback to internal teams.
- Participate in industry events to grow the Rystad Energy brand.
- Maintain and leverage client data and interaction records.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience in growing client satisfaction, adoption, and retention is highly desired.
- Experience working with database products or SaaS is an advantage.
- Energy and/or Financial background is preferred.
- Experience in teams with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask, excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset.
- Microsoft Office skills.
