Position Overview

The Culinary Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily activities of our food service team at Mucho Burrito. This position requires a strong focus on quality control and customer satisfaction.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
  • Provide training to staff on their job responsibilities, as well as sanitation and safety protocols.
  • Recruit and hire food service personnel.
  • Ensure that food quality and service standards are consistently met.
  • Prepare budget plans and cost estimates for food service operations.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively.
Work Environment

This role is set in a fast-paced environment where the ability to work under pressure is essential. The position involves:

  • Meeting tight deadlines.
  • Standing for extended periods.
  • Bending, crouching, and kneeling as necessary.
  • Walking throughout the work area.
