Culinary Operations Supervisor

The Kitchen Management Leader plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our culinary team at Blackhorse Pub. This position requires a blend of leadership, organization, and a commitment to quality service.
Educational Requirements- Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff regarding their job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
- Ensure that all food and service offerings meet established quality control standards.
- Maintain comprehensive records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
- Establish and manage work schedules for kitchen staff.
- Minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role.
- Employment Duration: Permanent.
- Working Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
