Position Overview

As a Culinary Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our food service team. Your leadership will ensure that our establishment maintains high standards of quality and service.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college or CEGEP program in hospitality administration or management, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years and up to 3 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective work schedules to optimize team performance.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
  • Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
  • Assess and estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Ensure that all food and service offerings adhere to quality control standards.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on operational performance.
