As a Culinary Operations Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily activities of our food preparation team. Your leadership will ensure that our establishment maintains high standards of quality and service.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years and up to 3 years of relevant experience in the food service industry.
- Field of Study: Hospitality administration/management or equivalent experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve work schedules.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff regarding their job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
- Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive reports as required.
- Establish and manage work schedules for the team.
The role is set in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to adapt quickly to changing demands.
