About the Role

Vogtech Renewables is seeking a highly skilled Chemical Process Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our industrial chemicals manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Control and Optimization: Develop and implement process control strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Conduct quality control checks on programs, procedures, and control strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Product Development and Specification: Determine product specifications and develop new quality control programs and strategies to meet customer needs.
  • Research and Development: Conduct research into the development or improvement of chemical engineering processes, reactions, and materials.
  • Design and Testing: Design and test chemical processing and associated plants and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise technicians, technologists, and other engineers to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate technical problems, processes, and solutions to stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
