Job Overview
Are you passionate about fostering a collaborative workplace and enhancing employee experiences? Nstarts Consultants Co., Ltd. is seeking a proactive Human Resources Manager to elevate our team dynamics. This role is pivotal in ensuring our workforce thrives in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and refine the processes related to employee onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and confirmations, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for all employees.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing accurate and timely information regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Work in partnership with various departments to align HR strategies with organizational goals, promoting employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Assess recruitment needs in alignment with company expansion, crafting targeted recruitment strategies and maintaining diverse talent acquisition channels.
- Evaluate and interpret HR data to support management decisions, collaborating with the HR team to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher, ideally in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
- Fluency in both Chinese and English, with the ability to navigate various communication scenarios effectively.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Shared Services Centers, recruitment, or similar HR roles, with a solid understanding of labor regulations.
- Proficient in HR information systems and office software, showcasing strong data processing and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, with experience in multinational environments considered advantageous.
- A strong sense of accountability and the ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic setting.
