Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and refine the processes related to employee onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and confirmations, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for all employees.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing accurate and timely information regarding HR policies and procedures.
  3. Work in partnership with various departments to align HR strategies with organizational goals, promoting employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  4. Assess recruitment needs in alignment with company expansion, crafting targeted recruitment strategies and maintaining diverse talent acquisition channels.
  5. Evaluate and interpret HR data to support management decisions, collaborating with the HR team to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher, ideally in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
  • Fluency in both Chinese and English, with the ability to navigate various communication scenarios effectively.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Shared Services Centers, recruitment, or similar HR roles, with a solid understanding of labor regulations.
  • Proficient in HR information systems and office software, showcasing strong data processing and analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, with experience in multinational environments considered advantageous.
  • A strong sense of accountability and the ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic setting.
