Job Overview

Marcone HVAC is a leading distributor of HVAC/R products, components, and supplies. We are seeking a dedicated professional who is passionate about customer service and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Meet and exceed sales and profit objectives for branch operations.
  2. Collaborate with the Branch Manager and Sales team to identify customer account potential and set sales targets.
  3. Drive sales and gross profits through effective recruitment, training, coaching, and supervision of branch staff.
  4. Enhance productivity while managing branch assets and expenses, including buildings, vehicles, equipment, and inventory.
  5. Build community relationships to understand market dynamics, increase market share, and explore new opportunities.
  6. Ensure that the branch consistently meets or surpasses customer service expectations.
  7. Work with the Branch Manager to foster a growth-oriented culture within the branch, focusing on increasing customer engagement and order volume.
  8. Adhere to all safety regulations at customer sites and within the branch.
  9. Safeguard branch assets, including property, vehicles, equipment, inventory, and receivables.
  10. Oversee efficient warehouse operations, including order management, inventory transfers, and month-end processes.
  11. Coordinate with Distribution Centers to manage vendor returns effectively.
  12. Undertake additional tasks and special projects as assigned by management.
  13. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction in line with company standards.
Qualifications:
  1. Demonstrated leadership abilities, including experience in hiring, coaching, and mentoring staff.
  2. Proficient in computer applications and capable of assisting staff with technical issues.
  3. Ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
  4. Skilled in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  5. Sound judgment in interactions with customers and team members.
  6. Proven ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve organizational goals.
  7. Capacity to meet strategic objectives with minimal supervision.
  8. Excellent interpersonal skills for fostering positive relationships with customers and employees.
  9. Able to work collaboratively in a team setting to achieve shared success.
