Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and support to our customers, ensuring their home comfort needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of residential HVAC systems, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on the benefits of newer, high-efficiency equipment.
  • Ensure the safe operation of all new installations and provide clear instructions to customers on proper care and maintenance.
  • Maintain company vehicles to a high standard of cleanliness and safety.
  • Promote Reliance Home Comfort products and services to customers, ensuring a positive and professional experience.

Requirements

  • A minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent, with a strong background in HVAC technology and customer service.
  • Registration in the Apprenticeship program, with a commitment to completing all required training and certifications.
  • A valid full G Driver's License, with a clean driving record.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional results, with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
